Mamori Freemium users can purchase Standard Support to submit support tickets to receive direct, hands-on guidance from a Mamori engineer in the following areas:

  • Implementation

  • Configuration

  • Policies management

  • Monitoring

  • Workflows

  • & Others

Purchase Standard Support:

Minimum purchase is 2 hours at $50 per hour. Select the amount of hours you need below to proceed to checkout. You will be redirected to submit a support ticket after checking out.

  • This is not 24/7 support. Our Support Engineers operate Monday-Friday 8am-11pm AEST.

  • Average time for a ticket resolution is 30mins to 1 hour.

  • Any unused hours will remain on your account and will not expire.
